Booking:

• To guarantee your booking, your credit card details are required (type, name, number, expiry date and code-cvv) - you can send it in 2 parts in 2 separate e-mails for safety. 

Tour Charge:

• I shall not charge it now – and, in case you decide to pay by credit card, it will be done at the end of the tour.
• I shall hold the number in case of a cancellation.

Hotel Charge:

• Will be charged shortly prior to arrival by the Hotel Wholesalers. 

Cancellation Terms: 

Canceling the Tour:

• Cancellation made before 21 days prior to arrival - no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made between 21 days and 72 hours before arrival - 30% of total reserved days will be charged.
• Cancellation (or non show) made within 72 hours before arrival - 60% of total reserved days will be charged.

Canceling the Hotel:

• Cancellation made within 72 working hours prior to check in date will be charged 1 night (except Holidays and August – 1 week notice must be given).

Payment:

For the Hotel:

• The rates I gave you will be charged by a local hotel wholesaler/Agent shortly before your arrival – 3% credit card fee will be added.

Tour Payment:

·         You can pay in cash (At the end of the tour or upon arrival, to avoid carrying the money on you). This is the preferred way.

·         Or – by Bank Transfer to my USD account in Israel (transfer fees - on client's account).

·         Or – by a personal check (50 USD fee).

·         Or - by Traveler Checks.

·         Or – by credit card - in that case 4% fee will be added.
